With over 20 years of experience in clinical, out-patient, and cardiac rehab nutrition, I have a special interest in Celiac disease, IBS, low- FODMAP diet, food intolerances, allergies, functional nutrition and endocrine disorders. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2007.
