Gluten Free Veggie Recipes

Nutritious, Gluten-free, Kelp, Miso, and Ginger Vinaigrette

All of the following measurements are approximate and can be altered based upon taste

½ cup olive oil

3 TBSP apple cider vinegar

1 TBSP Miso

1 TBSP Kelp Powder

1 TBSP chopped or pureed ginger

1 tsp gluten free soy sauce, (I use San J)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in Blender, salad-dressing shaker, Ninja, or use hand mixer

Taste and add more of above ingredients as desired.

This dressing is rich in probiotics, antioxidants and minerals. Enjoy!
